Anton Inshutin

Venture partner

Anton has over 16 years of investment banking experience focusing on telecommunications, media and technology (TMT) at Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank. He also has 6 years of venture capital experience at Inventure Partners. From 2007 to 2012 Anton led the TMT industry practice in the investment banking department of Morgan Stanley in Moscow.

Anton covers the Transportation/Mobility, Logistics and FinTech sectors. He has in-depth experience in M&A and capital markets transactions, including such notable transactions as VimpelCom Ltd exchange offer ($23Bn), reorganization of Rostelecom ($21Bn), IPOs of ComstarUTS, CTC Media, Rambler, Group, Yandex and a private placement for Ozon.

He believes the Transportation/Mobility space is presently undergoing major technological changes, which will have profound effects on capacity utilisation, ownership, autonomy and ecological imprint of vehicles. The financial sector, including banks and insurance companies, traditionally has been very non-transparent in terms of fees and pricing. Technology helps to disintermediate the financial services industry and make it more accessible and affordable to both consumers and businesses.
