Simon is an early-stage investor in the New York office at RTP Global, where he backs bold founders building the future of consumer, enterprise and AI. He brings a builder’s mindset to investing, shaped by his experience of starting his own company prior to his investment career.

Before joining RTP, Simon was Entrepreneur First’s first investor in the US and was responsible for launching cohorts in New York and San Francisco. He also co-founded Delph, a startup that helped people support political campaigns and nonprofits through NFTs.

Simon holds an MPP from Yale University and a BS from the London School of Economics. Outside of work, he’s usually hunting for bughouse chess partners or stubbornly chasing a faster marathon time.
