Ieva is an Executive Assistant at RTP Global, based in London. She provides comprehensive support for Partners and the wider investment and operations team at the firm.

Ieva efficiently oversees day-to-day operations in the European offices, to help streamline workflows and enhance overall productivity. With over nine years of executive administrative experience, she is well-versed in managing events, organising executive schedules, and coordinating meetings for the team. Prior to joining RTP Global, Ieva worked for a Japanese healthcare company where she developed an understanding of the industry and gained valuable insights into the intricacies of managing complex administrative tasks.

Outside of work, Ieva is an keen traveller who enjoys hiking. She also has a passion for learning new languages, with French and Korean being at the top of her list.
