Gil is an early stage investor in the London office at RTP Global where she invests in founders globally. She draws on her experience as a startup founder and operator to support teams at the earliest stages.

Before RTP, Gil worked in venture capital and product in cybersecurity in London, and earlier held commercial roles at startups in Tel Aviv. She holds an MBA from London Business School and is also a semi-professional poker player, hosting events and teaching newcomers how to master the game.
