Nara is the Head of Administration at RTP Global, based in London. She manages and oversees all the administrative staff across the firm’s offices and is responsible for guiding the operating methods that help the business run smoothly.

This includes providing assistance to the firm’s partners in all day-to-day procedures, the development of operating policies, supervising human resources function, and supporting all internal and external fund events, including the RTP Global Founders Summit.

Nara has over 10 years of experience in the administration of venture capital firms. Throughout her career, she has achieved significant milestones, including successfully launching several offices and effectively onboarding staff. Nara is driven by a passion for results and thrives on completing complex projects.

Outside of work, Nara likes travelling and getting herself lost in a really good non-fiction novel. She also likes to spend her time doing Pilates classes.
