Alison is an Executive Assistant and Office Manager for RTP Global, based in the New York City office. She is responsible for assisting the senior Partners and oversees all facilities and operations management, event planning and onboarding within the region.

Prior to RTP, Alison was an Office Manager and Senior Executive Assistant at Bessemer Venture Partners, managing both the New York and London offices.

She’s also held similar roles at UBS Investment Bank, HSBC and other investment firms working across London and Asia.

In her spare time, Alison enjoys travelling, trying out the best Southeast Asian restaurants, and perfecting her tennis serve.
