Ewa is an Associate on RTP Global’s European investment team, based in London. She is focused on early-stage investments across AI/ML, B2B SaaS, and e-Commerce.

Prior to joining RTP Global, Ewa worked at a luxury e-commerce company Farfetch, as a Corporate Development Manager. Here she focused on advancing the company’s long term strategy through M&A and capital raises. Through her close collaboration with early stage startups, she established valuable partnerships with founders across various verticals and developed a passion for SaaS and e-commerce.

Ewa started her career in the Industrials Investment Banking division at Citigroup, where she worked on M&A and capital markets transactions across new mobility, transport, business services, and aerospace.

Ewa graduated from the World Bachelor in Business program, where she earned three degrees from the University of Southern California, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and Bocconi University, while living on three continents over four years. Outside of work, you can find her in one of London’s art galleries or planning her next adventure
