Kaustubh is an Analyst on RTP Global’s Asia investment team, based in Bangalore, where he focuses on early-stage investments across India and Southeast Asia.

Before joining RTP Global, Kaustubh was a consultant at Bain, working with clients in the consumer sector and contributing to Bain’s perspective on the EV space. He also worked with the strategy team at Viacom18, where he played a key role in launching the streaming platform Voot Select.

Kaustubh holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, where he graduated as a Gold Medallist. In his free time, he enjoys swimming, following football, and watching Formula 1.
