Pavitra is a Director on RTP Global’s Asia investment team, based in the firm’s Bangalore office. She is focused on early-stage investments in India, interested in companies across consumer tech, B2B commerce, fintech and climate tech. She also supports our portfolio founders across areas of scaling business, customer acquisition & retention, and product-led growth.

With over 14 years of operating experience, Pavitra worked with the Tata group as part of the TAS program. Here, she launched TCS’ first ed-tech product and led buying & merchandising for Helios at Titan. She has also launched & led several businesses at Flipkart and headed a suite of products for Walmart’s US eCommerce.

Outside of work, she is a yoga enthusiast and likes to discover new cultures via travel.
