Rahul is an Analyst on RTP Global’s Asia investment team, based in the firm’s Bangalore office. He focuses on early-stage investments in India and South East Asia markets.

Prior to joining RTP Global, Rahul was part of the Corporate Strategy team at Nomura, where he served as Chief Of Staff to the India Chairman. Here, he advised on several growth strategy initiatives across financial services, digital assets and climate. Before that, he built and scaled payment products at CRED and experienced, first-hand, the hyper-growth journey of a fast-paced startup. He also spent time developing contact tracing models for 100m+ users at Aarogya Setu, which led him to believe in the true potential that Bharat presents.

Rahul majored in Electrical Engineering at BITS Pilani, where he headed the student consulting club and the institute football team. He still holds the record for the fastest goal scored during any home tournament. Outside of work, you might find him enjoying a game of football, supporting his beloved Liverpool FC, or training for his next marathon.
