Susan is an Executive Assistant and Program Manager at RTP Global, working in the Bangalore office. She is responsible for assisting the senior partners in India and SEA region, and manages special projects to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the business. Susan also acts as a coach and mentor for new employees joining the India and SEA team.

Susan has over 15 years of experience in managing C-level executives, partners, and co-founders in multinational organizations including VC firms and high growth start-ups. Prior to this, Susan spent seven years at global VC firm Accel and successfully led adjacent responsibilities like recruitment, operations, marketing & PR. She has also led multiple events with international attendees and corporate leaders.

Outside of work, Susan is an avid yoga practitioner and enjoys cooking, painting and watching movies.
