If you’ve ever tried to turn a scrappy screen recording into a polished product video, you know the pain. Hours lost to editing. Clunky tools. And still, the final product doesn’t quite hit the mark.
That’s the exact problem that founders Shivali Goyal and Pritish Gupta set out to solve with Trupeer – a new AI platform that turns everyday screen recordings into professional, studio-quality product videos in seconds.
And today, we’re excited to welcome Trupeer.ai to our portfolio, after leading the company’s $3 million seed round, with participation from Salesforce Ventures and a group of 20+ top-tier CTOs and CIOs.

Making product videos shouldn’t be this hard
The idea behind Trupeer is refreshingly simple. Teams are constantly creating demos, tutorials and how-tos but the tools they’ve been using are stuck in a pre-AI era. Traditional video editors are time-consuming and expensive. Generic screen recorders are, well, generic.
Trupeer changes the game by using AI to take a rough screen recording and instantly transform it into a shareable, searchable, multi-language product video. It comes complete with voiceovers, intelligent zooms, subtitles, highlights and even a human-like avatar. It’s fast, polished and purpose-built for how modern software teams actually work.
It started with a simple question
Shivali, a self-taught technologist, had been building a voice AI prototype when a Fortune 500 IT leader asked, “Can this be turned into a video?” That one question unlocked an insight: teams don’t just want voice automation – they want scalable, smart ways to communicate product knowledge.
What followed were hundreds of conversations with SaaS founders, IT leads and customer teams, all facing the same challenge around keeping product documentation, training and support materials up-to-date in a world where software changes weekly. Trupeer was born from this need, and it’s taking off fast.
Today, over 10,000 teams across IT, customer success, product and learning functions are using the platform to explain software faster, without relying on design or video teams.
And they are already seeing real results. Diageo cut IT video production time by 87%. A startup called nSpire built a knowledge base in days instead of months. Another, Hedrick Gardner, onboarded 200 employees across five offices without a single live session.
Why we invested
At RTP Global, we look for founders reimagining how the world works, and Trupeer fits that description perfectly. Shivali and Pritish are building with a rare mix of technical depth, product instinct and user obsession. What impressed us most was how quickly Trupeer went from prototype to product-market fit – and how much their early customers love it.
This isn’t just another AI tool. It’s a powerful new layer of content infrastructure for the modern enterprise. As product cycles shrink and global teams multiply, tools like Trupeer will define the next generation of knowledge sharing.
We’re proud to be on this journey with the Trupeer team as they scale their vision: to make every piece of software easier to explain, easier to use and easier to learn, automatically and at scale.
