Flam Lands $14M Series A to Power Immersive Brand Experiences

It started with a simple question: what if the real world could be clickable?

Back in 2021, Shourya Agarwal and Malhar Patil were watching brands spend millions on ads – TV spots, in-store displays, product packaging – only to end up with passive impressions and vague attribution. What if those physical and digital moments could become interactive, immersive and measurable… and in real time?

That idea became Flam. And this week, the AI infrastructure startup just raised $14 million in a Series A round led by RTP Global, with participation from Dovetail and other strategic investors.

Flam is building the platform for a new kind of brand experience – one that feels magical for users and ROI-rich for marketers. The company’s platform transforms everyday consumer touchpoints such as TV screens, retail aisles, posters and even magazine pages into instant mixed reality (MR) experiences, without the need for an app, download or redirect.

And it works.

Over 100 brands including Google, Samsung, Emirates, Flipkart, and the US Presidential Elections have used Flam to launch campaigns. These campaigns deliver up to 49X more engagement and 4X higher conversions than traditional formats.

“The time for MR is now,” said Nishit Garg, Partner at RTP Global. “Flam is leading the way and we are excited by the clarity of vision and speed of execution. Shourya, Malhar and team are building a category-defining company – and we’re delighted to be part of their journey in this next phase of growth.”

At the core of Flam’s product is an AI-powered infrastructure layer that renders high-fidelity 3D and mixed reality content in under 300 milliseconds. This is faster than most mobile pages load and it makes the experience feel seamless and delightful. No friction, no waiting, just interaction.

Now, with Series A funding in the bank, Flam plans to scale fast. The team is doubling down on GenAI-powered tools for brands, expanding into North America, Europe and the Middle East. It is also building out a full-stack enterprise suite with everything from 3D asset generation to integrated ad tools and real-time analytics.

“Our mission is to turn every touchpoint – digital, physical, live, or broadcast – into something interactive and unforgettable,” said Shourya Agarwal, Flam’s Co-founder and CEO. “With this Series A funding, we’re shipping the GenAI toolchain brands and enterprises have been begging for. It’s time to make MR measurable, scalable and creatively limitless.”

With this latest round, Flam has now raised $22 million to date. We can’t wait to see where they go from here.
