Kaiser joined RTP Global in January of 2023 as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager. He assists the partners, handles the day-to-day operations, and supports the team at the New York office. In addition, he collaborates and supports the global administration team on special projects. Kaiser has over 17 years’ experience in management and operations. Prior to joining RTP, he spent over 15 years in Tourism, International Education, and the Beauty Industry.
When not immersed in all things RTP, Kaiser finds himself on a bicycle in Central Park, at a cozy café reading books, and diving into personal growth and self-improvement. He values strong Listening Skills and is constantly looking for ways to positively impact the world around him.
