Madhur is a VP on RTP Global’s Asia investment team, based in Bangalore. He is focused on early-stage investments in the India and Southeast Asia markets, and is interested in companies across SaaS, eCommerce, education tech, and consumer internet.

Madhur joined RTP Global in 2020 and prior to a career in venture, he was an early member of the Data Science and Business Analytics team at PharmEasy. Here, he worked closely on the search and customer success orchestration functionalities.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Delhi College of Engineering and MBA from IIM Calcutta. While at university, he led an organization of 100+ students facilitating international student exchanges and scaled it to six figures in revenue. Outside of work, Madhur loves to play football and is a die-hard Manchester United fan. He is an avid traveler and has explored 25+ countries.
