Orson is Head of Network at RTP Global, based in the firm’s London office. He is responsible for connecting RTP Global founders with the right people and organizations to help with their needs and challenges.

Such areas of support specifically relate to talent, business development, insight & strategy, and fundraising. This involves leveraging relationships with leading headhunters, introductions to other VC firms, angel investors and investment banks, and the sharing of strategy and insights within the portfolio.

Orson has spent most of his career in the investment industry and, prior to joining RTP Global, he was a Partner at VC firm Antler. He also worked as an Associate at BlackRock. Outside of work, Orson loves to travel to new places and play tennis and squash.
